1. The service

Trip‑O helps you discover places and build day/evening plans. Plans and recommendations are informational (rule-based suggestions from available data). Trip‑O is not a travel agency, booking engine, or guarantee of availability.

2. Place & business information

Venue details (addresses, opening hours, prices, photos, aggregate ratings) may be incomplete, outdated, or sourced from public datasets. Ratings labeled as public-source data are not necessarily Trip‑O user reviews. Businesses that claim a profile are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and without abusing infrastructure (no scraping at scale without permission).
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
• Keep business/admin credentials confidential if you have an account.
• Verify critical details (hours, prices, booking needs) before you go.

4. Reviews & user-generated content

If you submit a Trip‑O review or other content, you grant Trip‑O a non-exclusive licence to display it in the product. You must not post illegal, defamatory, fake, or spam content. We may moderate, hide, or remove content. Businesses may flag reviews; hiding negative feedback without moderation is not allowed.

5. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip‑O is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that recommended places will be open, affordable, reachable, or suitable for your party. Opening-hours logic depends on available data and may be wrong when hours are missing or unparseable. Third-party maps/navigation are outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on plans, catalogue data, downtime, or third-party services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence say otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated version.
